Hi, I’m Tiffany — a doctorally prepared, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of The Luxe Practitioner, LLC. My journey into healthcare began almost two decades ago as an EMT, where I first discovered my passion for supporting people through their most vulnerable moments. That passion led me to critical care nursing in the ICU, where I gained invaluable experience managing high-stakes, high-stress medical situations with skill, urgency, and compassion.

As I further advanced in my career, I began to see a gap—patients were being rushed through their appointments, often treated as numbers instead of individuals. I knew there had to be a better way. I created The Luxe Practitioner with a clear mission: to merge the science of medicine with the art of personalization, and to deliver care that’s as intentional and refined as it is clinically excellent.
